Job Description:

This travel assignment is perfect for an experienced Cath Lab RN who thrives in a role more aligned with a radiologic technician. You'll operate in a cath lab setting performing diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac stent placements, angioplasties, and various special procedures including biopsies and liver biopsies. Your focus will be on scrubbing during procedures, assisting with equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow without operating fluoroscopy or managing patient sedation. If you've got a RCIS certification or comparable experience in the interventional cardiology environment, you'll fit right in. This 13-week contract offers four days a week working ten-hour daytime shifts, giving you ample time to enjoy the local surroundings between procedures.
