Job Description:

Join the team at a prominent medical center in Birmingham, Alabama, as an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week contract. This role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized 12-bed Neuro/Intensive Care unit, managing complex cases such as ventilators, arterial lines, and CVLs. You'll work nights from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, providing critical care during a busy but rewarding shift. Unlike standard assignments, this position emphasizes autonomy within a close-knit team focused on neuro and medical ICU patients, making it perfect for RNs who thrive on challenging cases and are comfortable floating as needed. Expect to be part of a facility renowned for stroke care and advanced neurological services, delivering hands-on care in a state-of-the-art environment with advanced equipment and a Cerner EMR system.
