Join the team in Asheville’s renowned Cardiovascular Progressive Care unit, where you'll be immersed in a stimulating environment focused on complex post-surgical and medical cardiac patients. This role is perfect for experienced stepdown nurses eager to work 12-hour night shifts, providing specialized care to patients recovering from open heart surgery, thoracic procedures, and vascular interventions. Expect to manage an array of advanced equipment and procedures, including epidural and chest tube management, with a patient ratio of 1:5. While the work is demanding, it offers the chance to hone your skills in a supportive, fast-paced setting nestled in a vibrant city known for its scenic beauty and artistic flair.
