Job Description:

This neuro-focused telemetry unit offers an engaging opportunity for Registered Nurses experienced in neuro, stroke, and vascular surgeries. As part of this assignment, you’ll manage complex neurological patient cases, including post-surgical neuro patients, individuals with spinal cord injuries, and those requiring ECMO support. The shifts are structured as night 4x12-hour blocks, providing ample daytime hours for personal pursuits. Working with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio, you’ll interpret and manage dysrhythmias, monitor CVA and neuro recovery stages, and respond swiftly to acute neurological changes. Flexibility with shift patterns—alternating 3x12s and 4x12s—is available, and weekend, holiday, and on-call duties are part of the schedule.
