Job Description:

Join the Mother Baby Unit at Baptist Health Brookwood Hospital as an RN for a 13-week contract working 12-hour days. This role places you directly in postpartum care, where you'll support new mothers and their newborns through assessments, postpartum hemorrhage management, hypertension monitoring, and OB sepsis recognition. The assignment offers the unique chance to work in a family-centered environment with a team of compassionate professionals dedicated to maternal and infant well-being. Expect to utilize equipment like Alaris IV pumps and Medela breast pumps, and to collaborate closely on a unit that values teamwork and a love for caring for moms and babies. Experience in postpartum maternal and newborn assessments is essential, and familiarity with Cerner or Epic EMR systems will be beneficial after August 2026.
