Job Description:

Join a vibrant emergency room team for a 13-week travel assignment in Odessa, Texas, where you’ll take on night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role challenges you to utilize your critical thinking and leadership skills while providing essential care to ER patients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned RN with at least two years of travel experience, familiar with the fast-paced and unpredictable nature of emergency medicine. You’ll be responsible for delivering patient care in accordance with state regulations and hospital policies, delegating tasks appropriately, and maintaining your clinical competencies through ongoing education.
