Job Description:

Join Wesley Medical Center in Wichita for a 13-week travel RN assignment on the Medical/Telemetry unit, where you'll work 12-hour night shifts from 7PM to 7AM. In this role, you'll be overseeing a 29-bed telemetry unit, managing patient conditions that require continuous monitoring and medication drips. The environment offers the chance to work with modern equipment like PCA pumps and IV pumps, utilizing Meditech EMR systems. Expect to collaborate with a team of dedicated staff, including experienced RNs and patient care techs, with patient ratios estimated at 1:6. This assignment is tailored for RNs with at least one year of current acute care telemetry experience, BLS and ACLS certifications, and a strong, independent approach.
