Job Description:

Join a specialized cardiology team where you'll assist physicians with a variety of advanced procedures. This role involves supporting diagnostic and therapeutic interventions such as left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, IABP insertions, pericardiocentesis, Swan-Ganz catheter placements, and stress testing, including nuclear stress tests. You'll work across multiple cardiology areas including the Cath Lab, Stress Lab, and Nuclear Stress Lab, often switching roles between radiology technologist, documenter, and lab assistant. This position offers a hands-on experience with devices like pacemakers, Impella, and IABP, requiring prior expertise in cath labs and technical skills. Expect a busy schedule with four 10-hour shifts, on-call duties, and a schedule that flexes with the needs of the department. It's a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of cardiology procedures, contributing to patient diagnostics without patient care responsibilities.
