Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technician to join our radiology team on a 13-week travel assignment in New Orleans, LA. This role involves performing high-quality mammography imaging at the Ochsner Imagine Center, with shifts primarily scheduled for 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. You will be responsible for capturing detailed images to assist in accurate diagnosis, working at one or two clinics depending on the schedule. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to work in a setting that emphasizes both precision and adaptability, as you may be called upon to join emergency teams or relief shifts when necessary. Your expertise in ARRT and BLS certifications is essential, and previous experience is required, with the unit preferring experienced travelers. Expect a fast-paced environment where your technical skills directly support patient health outcomes.
