Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Mammo Tech to join the Radiology Department at Alaska Regional Hospital in Anchorage for a 13-week travel assignment. The role involves performing screening and diagnostic mammography procedures, utilizing advanced equipment such as Hologic Selenia Dimensions and Affirm Stereotactic systems. Working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, this position offers a stable daytime schedule without weekend or holiday shifts. The Mammo Tech will be responsible for conducting high-quality imaging, assisting with stereotactic guided biopsies and wire locs, and ensuring compliance with ARRT requirements. This assignment provides a chance to work in a close-knit team of radiology professionals while gaining valuable experience in a specialized imaging environment that emphasizes patient-centered care and attention to detail.
