Job Description:

This travel respiratory therapy role places you in a busy Level II Trauma Center in Fredericksburg, VA, where you'll be providing critical respiratory support within adult intensive care units, emergency departments, and stepdown units. The position emphasizes airway management, medication administration, ABG analysis, and ventilator management, including BiPAP and CPAP therapies. You'll also have opportunities to float to ER and adult ICU units as needed. The shift is overnight, with 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am, involving every other weekend and holiday coverage. The assignment offers a chance to hone technical skills across various critical care settings while working in a supportive team environment.
