Job Description:

Join a bustling Surgical PCU in Indianapolis, where you'll be taking on a night shift that offers the chance to work almost ICU-level acuity cases. As a registered nurse, you will manage complex patient needs including cardiac monitoring, chest tube management, and care for patients with trachs, feeding tubes, and epidurals. The assignment is designed for experienced professionals, with a focus on surgical and thoracic cases, and may require floating across different levels of care, adding variety to your nightly routine. This role not only tests your clinical skills but also offers the opportunity to work alongside teaching staff and even precept students, making it both challenging and rewarding.
