Job Description:

Seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract at a high-volume short-term acute care facility in St. Louis, MO. This role involves working a 12-hour rotating shift (09:30 - 22:00) with a focus on complex hepaobiliary, Whipple, abdominal organ transplants, neuro, spine, ENT, and intra-abdominal transplant surgeries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in these specialties and be comfortable floating within scope to meet the facility's needs. Responsibilities include managing intraoperative procedures, participating in on-call rotations (with response times of 45 minutes), and supporting team members during extended hours, including potential rest periods after on-call shifts. The hospital features a total staff of 1259, sophisticated EPIC charting, and a magnet designation.
