Job Description:

This MICU RN position places you in a specialized unit handling adult respiratory distress syndrome, multi-system organ failure, septic shock, GI bleeding, and oncology patients. The role involves caring for patients through all phases of transplant needs and end-of-life support, requiring prior ICU experience and comfort with complex cases. Shifts are 12 hours rotating, providing a work schedule that balances intense focus with time for personal pursuits. Over the course of 13 weeks, you will deliver family-centered care in a Magnet-recognized, teaching hospital with a capacity of 637 beds in Seattle, Washington. Expect to work approximately 36 hours per week, with guaranteed hours and the possibility of being called off during low census periods.
