Job Description:

Work as a Cath Lab Registered Nurse RN in St. Louis, supporting a diagnostic and interventional PCI procedural area. This role blends RN circulator duties—providing conscious sedation under the direction of the attending, managing vitals, handing off sterile supplies, and documenting in EPIC—with the option to cross-train within the service line, including hemodynamics in the monitor tech role. You’ll step into a high-acuity, high-volume setting focused on cases such as AMI, NSTEMI, chest pain, heart failure, aortic stenosis, V-Tach, endocarditis, afib, and peripheral vascular disease.

The schedule follows a rotating structure with shifts commonly set as 4x10s and rotating day patterns (including 0700-1730, with late and close coverage as needed). Call is required on a rotating basis and may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. First-timers are accepted, and the position welcomes pending licensure.

Certifications required: ACLS and BLS. Experience required: 2 years, with emphasis on interventional scrub experience and strong level 1 trauma alignment for high-acuity cath lab work. Think of it as “make the room flow”—keeping the procedure moving smoothly, cleanly, and accurately, from sterile handoff to EPIC documentation.
