Job Description:

Step into a travel contract supporting Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) work at a Wichita, Kansas facility. This assignment runs 10-hour days, providing a steady schedule as you assist with open heart case support—helping keep the workflow organized and ready for procedures such as CABG/AVR and MVR/TAVR. The unit is designed around a small, focused setup with 1:1 staffing, including CVOR RN and CVOR CST coverage on the day shift.

You’ll be part of a team that prioritizes patient experience and strong teamwork with both staff and providers. On-call is required, consisting of 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month. With an ECMO program restarting, this role also offers a unique opportunity to be involved as the program ramps back up.

Required background includes at least 1 year of current acute care CVOR RN hospital experience, along with active Kansas RN licensure and BLS/ACLS. Meditech/CPN experience is strongly preferred, and open heart/cardiovascular experience is a plus.
