Job Description:

Step into a hands-on travel healthcare contract supporting a fast-paced surgical services team in Bismarck, North Dakota. This role focuses on orthopedic-focused procedure readiness, with opportunities across knee and hip arthroplasties, shoulder and knee arthroscopies, open reduction internal fixation (all bones), hip nailing, ACL repairs, carpel tunnel releases, tendon repairs, and additional surgical specialties including CV, neuro, general, plastics, OB/GYN, robotic, ENT, and urology. You’ll work at both the main hospital surgery center and the outpatient surgery center located across the street, building variety into your week while staying aligned with a structured orientation.

Scheduling is 8-hour days over a 40-hour week for 13 weeks. Orientation lasts one week with close preceptor support, supported by thorough, up-to-date procedure preference cards and strong collaboration with orthopedic vendors who are typically present for many orthopedic cases. This is a unit with personality—learn the flow quickly, contribute reliably, and enjoy teamwork with surgeons known to be great to work with. (Scrubs are provided in Ceil Blue, and appropriate attire rules apply for daily arrivals.)
