Job Description:

Work as a Mammography Technologist supporting radiology services across multiple sites in the New Haven, CT area. You’ll be part of a team that relies on your ARRT M and ARRT R credentials and your experience with Hologic equipment to produce high-quality imaging in a fast-paced, short-term acute care setting. This assignment is unique in its daily variety: you’ll float among four locations (with late-hour coverage at select sites) and follow a schedule posted one week in advance.

Cross-training as a Breast Sonographer is preferred, giving you flexibility to support workflow needs when schedules require it. Expect a consistent Monday–Friday foundation with additional coverage as needed on an every-other-Saturday basis.

Weather is typically mild, with comfortable daytime temperatures and cooler evenings. Conditions often feel brisk, and occasional breezes may be noticeable near the coast.

Job Specifics:

Location: New Haven, Connecticut

Shift: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; additional coverage as needed Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–8:30 PM; every other Saturday 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (if a Saturday is scheduled, a day off is provided during the week)

Duration: 13 weeks

Weekly commitment: 40.0 hours

Site locations to float between: Shoreline Medical Center (Guilford), North Haven Medical Center (North Haven), Long Wharf Medical Center (New Haven), and Smilow Cancer Hospital (New Haven)
