Job Description:

Join a travel Tele Float Registered Nurse role in Leominster, Massachusetts, built for nurses who are comfortable adapting across Med Surg/Tele areas while keeping a steady rhythm on 12-hour night shifts. This assignment focuses on telemetry and cardiac telemetry, with opportunities to work with cardiac drips when indicated. You’ll float to all inpatient units as needed, including ER boarders, and you may cover Med Surg/Tele spaces throughout the shift based on unit demand.

Night shift schedule runs 3x12 hours (19:00–07:00). Weekend coverage is every other weekend/holiday. Flexibility is required to start up to four (4) hours before the scheduled start or up to four (4) hours after the scheduled start time, based on limited critical department needs. Charting is completed in Epic, and scheduling is determined by unit requirements—block scheduling cannot be accommodated.

This is a great fit for a Tele Float RN who thrives on variety, stays focused on telemetry priorities, and brings at least 3 years of relevant experience. You’ll be supported by required certifications and clear expectations for consistent documentation in Epic.
