Job Description:

Step into a travel Ultrasound Technologist role supporting Vascular Radiology and Cardiology-focused imaging in Macon, Georgia. This assignment blends vascular expertise with general ultrasound experience, giving you variety across studies while working within the facility’s established workflow.

You’ll be scheduled for 10-hour night shifts (4x10-hour shifts, typically 19:00–05:30). Weekend coverage is included in call requirements, with call support structured as one day per week and one weekend per month if needed. Flexing within scope may include floating within the facility and as-needed coverage to Piedmont Macon North Hospital.

This unit requires a minimum of 2 years of ultrasound experience, and first-time travelers are not accepted—ideal for an experienced vascular sonographer who thrives in a consistent, night-focused schedule.

Weather:

Expect warm days and mild evenings with occasional humidity. Nighttime temperatures are typically comfortable for nighttime shifts, with the chance of light rain or thunderstorms.
