Job Description:

Join a Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP) Lab team as an Electrophysiology Tech with Radiology/ Cardiology EP Lab experience in Washington, DC. This travel contract is built around a true EP lab rhythm—hemodynamic monitoring, EKG settings, and supporting EP procedures such as ablations, cardioversion, head-up-tilt testing, implanting devices (including Watchman, pacemakers, and defibrillators), and assisting with device explants and lead extractions.

Work within a short term acute care, teaching hospital setting using Cerner and GE Cardiolab, with Philips/Siemens/GE x-ray resources and tools like Micropacer and EP mapping systems (experience with 3D mapping is preferred). You’ll also participate in routine workflow such as obtaining vitals and supporting inpatient and outpatient procedures, while covering late cases 2 days per week as part of a rotating schedule.

If you’re comfortable with inpatient and outpatient EP lab volume, value hands-on procedure support, and can bring 2 years of EP Lab clinical experience (plus at least 1 prior travel assignment), this role offers a focused, procedure-driven assignment where your skills in sinus node rhythms and EP lab equipment make a real difference.
