Job Description:

Step into a high-acuity Progressive/Intermediate Care (PCU) travel role as an RN at HCA HealthONE Swedish in Englewood, Colorado. This assignment supports a fast-paced SRG Cardio unit where you’ll help deliver post-cath and post-thoracic care workflows, as well as pre- and post-care coordination for open-heart surgical patients and vascular post-op needs. Expect a structured 12-hour day schedule (7A–7P) and a team built around RN and PCT collaboration, with tele/transport monitoring and a range of PCU equipment such as suction, feeding pumps, trachs, BiPAP/CPAP, heated high flow, chest tubes, Foley catheters, pacer wires/pacers, and multiple IV pump/drip therapies.

You’ll commonly work with post-cath monitoring (including TR band management and neurovascular checks), post-thoracic chest tube care, and hands-on support for cardiac procedures and ongoing hemodynamic management (including drips such as heparin, diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, dobutamine, milrinone, and ketamine).
