Job Description:

Join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Norfolk, VA, working a 12-hour night shift on a specialized 16-bed unit. This role focuses on caring for patients with tracheostomies and ventilators, including those on HFNC, prolonged weaning, and PICC line management, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. You'll be involved in supporting patients with complex respiratory needs, ensuring their comfort and safety through attentive monitoring and intervention. This assignment offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in a highly specialized setting while working overnight hours that allow for daytime exploration and relaxation.
