Job Description:

Join a busy Level I trauma center as a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse specializing in Urology and Nephrology. This 13-week contract offers 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, with an average of 36 hours per week. You’ll work on a 25-bed unit caring for an average census of 23 patients, where your expertise in telemetry, renal management, and IV therapy will shine. While you’ll float within your scope to other Med Surg units as needed, this role emphasizes hands-on management of complex cases like hemodialysis and post-renal failure care. ACTIVE IL RN license and BLS certification are mandatory. The schedule may include working every other weekend, providing a rewarding yet balanced work experience.
