Job Description:

Join a specialized NICU team as a Registered Nurse on a 13-week contract, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. In this role, you'll provide critical care to neonates in a Level IV NICU with an average stay of 2-3 years, including frequent trach care and significant parent involvement. You will float across units such as PICU, CV PICU, stepdown, and MS, adapting quickly to various clinical environments. The ideal candidate has at least one year of Level IV NICU experience and two years total in Level III/IV NICUs, with a current Ohio State License, BLS, and NRP certification. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic setting with diverse patient needs and collaborative teams.
