Job Description:

Join a renowned acute care hospital in St. Louis as an ICU Registered Nurse on a 13-week night shift assignment. You'll work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with a weekly commitment of 36 hours, providing critical care to patients with complex diagnoses such as respiratory failure, ARDS, stroke, cardiac arrhythmias, and multi-organ failure. This role offers the opportunity to manage ventilated patients, interpret arterial blood gases, and utilize advanced monitoring equipment including CVP, pulmonary artery lines, and CRRT machines. The hospital is a Magnet and Level I Trauma Center, known for high standards and innovative practices, making this a unique environment for experienced ICU nurses ready to apply their skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.
