Job Description:

Join a busy sonography department in Prescott Valley, AZ, for a 13-week travel assignment performing general ultrasound exams with some vascular imaging. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts, typically 36 hours per week, with occasional coverage in other areas. You’ll be utilizing advanced imaging equipment from GE, Phillips, and Siemens, including the Phillips EPIQ system. The position requires certification in BLS and OB, with Vascular Technology being highly preferred. Expect to perform 8–16 scans daily, including general ultrasound, thoracentesis biopsies, and vascular exams. The department features three scanning rooms and a supervisor-led team. There’s in-house radiologist support, and the work environment leverages Cerner EMR and PACS software. Some coverage flexibility may be needed, but this role offers a professional setting with opportunities to sharpen your sonography skills in a supportive team atmosphere.
