Job Description:

Join our esteemed healthcare team as a Registered Nurse specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignments. This contract offers an engaging opportunity to work on one of three dedicated units: Cardiac Stepdown or Medical Stepdown, in a well-equipped setting that handles a variety of complex patient cases such as post-cardiac surgeries, respiratory failure, strokes, and sepsis. You'll be responsible for titrating cardiac, insulin, and vasopressor drips, managing central lines, chest tubes, and wound care, all while adapting to evolving patient needs. The role emphasizes autonomy with the support of an experienced team, including resource RN, hospitalist on call, and in-house tech support, making it a prime setting to refine your skills in cardiac and medical stabilization.
