Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in Springfield, MO, places you in the heart of a busy urban trauma center within the Emergency Department. You'll work 12-hour mids, primarily between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM, providing care for a high volume of acute trauma, stroke, and STEMI patients. This role offers an opportunity to handle complex case loads, including trauma and pediatric emergencies, and requires an active and decisive approach. Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma settings is essential, and you're expected to demonstrate clinical expertise while adapting to the fast pace of a regional burn, stroke, and trauma center. Daily duties will include assessing patients, coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality within a setting that emphasizes high-quality, high-acuity care.
