Job Description:

Join a neuro intensive care unit in the heart of Phoenix for a 13-week travel contract. This role is perfect for experienced MedSurg/Tele RNs with at least two years of critical thinking and assessment skills. You will work 12-hour night shifts on a 48-bed unit that handles complex neurological cases, including epilepsy, brain tumors, TBI, and post-surgical neuro diagnoses. Expect to perform assessments, detect subtle neurological changes, and manage ventilator support such as Bipap with a focus on sterile techniques during high-stakes procedures. This assignment offers a chance to sharpen your skills while experiencing the vibrant city and its lively neuro unit environment. Must be comfortable with self-releasing velcro seat belts and working in a fast-paced neuro setting that values expertise and precision.
