Job Description:

Join a dedicated team of Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurses at a prominent academic medical center in St. Louis. In this role, you will provide specialized care for patients with stroke, neurology, neurosurgery, trauma overflow, and med/surg overflow, often floating across ICU and emergency areas to meet hospital needs. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), offering an engaging opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of two years’ experience in neuro/med-surg nursing is required, and first-time travelers are welcome. Expect to collaborate within a team that values flexibility, including floating within scope and supporting various hospital units, all while navigating Epic documentation systems. This assignment offers a steady weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks, with an hourly gross pay of approximately $2,081.05.
