Job Description:

This OTA contract opportunity places you in a skilled long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting, where you will support residents through therapeutic activities, documentation, and compliance with licensing standards. The role involves working weekday 8-hour shifts, providing hands-on support to ensure residents’ mobility and independence are maintained. While the focus is on assisting the healthcare team with therapy-related tasks, it’s a chance to develop a deeper understanding of therapy services in a close-knit environment.
