Job Description:

Join a highly skilled Cath Lab team as a Registered Nurse in Springfield, Illinois, for a 13-week contract that offers a mix of challenging procedures and collaborative teamwork. You will be performing circulating duties for diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including adult left and right heart catheterizations, pulmonary artery monitoring, and procedural sedation management. This role is focused on supporting a 5-room unit with approximately 25 patients daily, and it requires active participation during 12-hour daytime shifts (06:30-19:00). The assignment provides a chance to expand your expertise in a magnet-certified Level I trauma center, working with advanced technology like Cerner charting and experiencing the fast-paced rhythm of an acute care hospital.
