Job Description:

Join a dedicated Medical Surgical team as a Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves providing bedside care in a 32-bed unit during 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. You'll be working a flexible schedule with options for 36 or 48-hour workweeks, with any hours exceeding 48 considered overtime. The unit values experienced nurses ready to handle rapid response team activations and uphold nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:6. Epic charting is used for documentation, and no call shifts are included. Floating to similar units on weekends—covering 6 weekend shifts across 6 weeks—is part of the assignment. Recent hospital experience in similar settings is required, and BCLS certification is mandatory, with CPI preferred.
