Job Description:

Join a specialized team as a Respiratory Therapist working in Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric units. This 13-week travel contract involves night shifts of 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), with responsibilities that include blood gas analysis, ventilator and BiPAP management, code responses, in-house transports, medication administration, and chest physiotherapy. You will float between pediatric and NICU units, and occasionally to adult units on the main campus, providing critical respiratory support to neonatal and pediatric patients. The role requires at least 1.5 years of PICU or NICU experience, a NJ license, BLS, and NBRC certifications; advanced certifications are preferred but can be obtained onsite. Every other weekend work is expected, and first-time travel clinicians are welcome to apply. The weekly commitment is approximately 36 hours, with an hourly gross pay averaging $2,264.90.
