Job Description:

Join Mercy Hospital Lebanon as an RN in the ICU, working on the respiratory floor. This 13-week contract offers a chance to experience a fast-paced unit focused on critical care for adult ICU patients. Your nights will run from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with a three-day workweek totaling 36 hours. The role emphasizes utilizing the nursing process, evaluating care effectiveness, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams—all while maintaining professional accountability. ACLS and BLS certifications are preferred, along with 3+ years of ICU experience. This assignment provides an engaging environment where you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to quality patient outcomes.
