Job Description:

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Technician in Rochester, MN, and bring your expertise in laboratory testing to life. This role involves performing analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to assist healthcare providers in diagnosing and treating patients. You will operate and maintain sophisticated testing instruments—think of it as your lab’s playground—troubleshooting assays, ensuring test accuracy, and supporting operational activities that keep the lab running smoothly. The work often involves working with multiple computer systems to report results accurately and efficiently. While most responsibilities are performed independently, occasional specimen collection support may be needed. The shift runs Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:30pm, totaling 40 hours weekly for approximately 8 months.
