Job Description:

This ICU registered nurse position is a 12-hour night shift assignment at a prominent medical center in Columbus, Ohio. You will be responsible for managing critically ill adult patients in a specialized Surgical Intensive Care Unit with a focus on oncology cases. The role involves rotating shifts between days and nights, with responsibilities including ventilator management, ICP monitoring, bedside procedures, and sepsis treatment. EPIC experience is required, and previous ICU experience is a must. This contract offers an immersive experience working with complex diagnoses such as hemorrhagic shock, stroke, and ARDS, all within a fast-paced environment that values expertise and adaptability. Travel nurses will have the opportunity to tailor their work schedule while gaining valuable skills handling advanced procedures like CRRT and external ventricular drain management.
