Job Description:

Join our team as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Torrance, California, for a 13-week contract on the night shift. This role offers a unique opportunity to support the latest advancements in maternal care while working a 12-hour night schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. You’ll be the cornerstone of delivering compassionate, expert support during one of the most important moments in a family's life. Precepting skills are a plus, as you're encouraged to share your expertise with less experienced staff. Flexibility to work weekends and float to Mother-Baby units makes this assignment both dynamic and rewarding. Expect to support a busy acute care hospital with 356 beds, while using Epic charting and working any scrub color you prefer. The facility offers free parking and a local rate match within a 50-mile radius. This position demands a minimum of 3 years of experience and valid ACLS, AWHONN Advanced, BCLS, and NRP certifications. No on-call duties are required, but guaranteed hours and the possibility of call-offs provide some scheduling flexibility.
