This 16-week travel nursing assignment offers the chance to work as a Med/Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse in Wilmington, North Carolina, on a night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. You'll be part of a team that handles a diverse range of patient diagnoses, from postoperative recovery to managing chronic conditions like diabetes and COPD. Expect to interpret dysrhythmias, manage ventilators or feeding tubes, and respond to urgent situations via Rapid Response or Code teams. The role involves working in a busy hospital setting that sometimes requires floating to other units or responding during storm and disaster events.
