Job Description:

Join Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital's Acute Rehabilitation Unit as an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract. This role offers the chance to work in a 19-bed unit within a hospital setting, providing targeted therapy services to patients recovering from various conditions. The position involves five days of work per week, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of working one or two weekends. Candidates with ARU experience are preferred, but those with SNF, outpatient, or acute experience are also encouraged to apply. You'll use Meditech EMR and wear hospital-prescribed green scrubs. Parking is available on campus, and the role is perfect for therapists looking to step into a dynamic inpatient environment while making significant contributions to patient recovery. This assignment is a great opportunity to experience the care and collaboration within a hospital’s specialized rehab team.
