Job Description:

Join Porter Hospital in Valparaiso, IN, as a Travel CT Technologist and step into a role that combines technical expertise with the chance to work on a variety of imaging modalities. You'll operate GE CT scanners, Philips XR equipment, and utilize advanced software like Vitrea and Merge PACS. Your responsibilities include performing a range of CT and X-ray procedures in a 10-bed Fast-Track Emergency Department setting, with a focus on maintaining patient safety and adhering to established protocols. This assignment offers the unique experience of working independently during overnight hours, from 11 PM to 7 AM, after collaborating with XR techs until 11 PM. It’s an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to showcase their skill set in a fast-paced environment while building valuable experience in a specialized setting. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 12-hour night shifts, providing a balanced yet intensive work experience.
