Job Description:

Join a busy hospital floor specializing in stroke, neuro, ortho, and spine patients in Oklahoma City. You will work 12-hour night shifts over a 26-week contract, providing direct nursing care to a diverse patient population. Your responsibilities include monitoring patient responses, administering medications, assisting physicians with exams and procedures, and managing intravenous infusions. The unit operates with caregiver ratios of 3:1 for stroke patients and 5:1 for others, offering an engaging environment where your expertise directly impacts patient outcomes. This setting may involve precepting and working in a virtual room, making for a unique and rewarding assignment.
