Job Description:
Join a vibrant healthcare team as an Endoscopy Registered Nurse in Madison, WI, for an engaging 13-week assignment. You'll work rotating 8-hour shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., with weeknight call responsibilities that keep your skills sharp. In this role, you'll be essential in performing moderate sedation during GI and pulmonary procedures like ERCP, EUS, EGD, Colonoscopy, and Bronchoscopy, managing patients in both pre- and post-procedure phases within PACU/Phase I and II recovery areas. Experience with recent sedated GI and pulmonary procedures, especially in a Level 1 trauma or similar hospital environment, is required. Epic system familiarity and passing a telemetry test are mandatory. Expect a stimulating environment where precise assessment and sedation management are key, and your expertise will directly impact patient safety and comfort.
