Job Description:

This travel contract offers an engaging opportunity for an Emergency Registered Nurse to work in a busy Level 4 ER setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient assessment, intervention, and stabilization, often floating between the ER and med/surg units with a 50/50 split. The shift is 12 hours overnight, and your expertise in trauma protocols, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC will be essential for managing the diverse case load averaging 8-12 patients daily. With a Bed capacity of 17 and an ER nurse-to-patient ratio of 4:1, this role offers both challenge and variety in a fast-paced environment. Travel experience and familiarity with Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) are highly preferred, making this a unique chance to expand your skills and make an impact where it is needed most.
