Job Description:

Join a rural community hospital in Hawaii as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, where you will play a vital role in caring for mothers and newborns during their most important moments. This position involves providing labor and delivery support with advanced fetal monitoring, assisting with approximately 45-50 deliveries monthly, and working 72-80 hours biweekly on a 12-hour night shift. When stepping into charge nurse duties, you'll earn an extra $2.00 per hour. The role may include floating to assist other departments, but primary responsibilities focus on L&D and nursery care. A current Hawaii license and labor & delivery experience are essential for this unique assignment in a serene island setting.
