Job Description:

This RN MedSurg/Tele travel assignment in Monroe, North Carolina offers a rewarding opportunity to work on a 45-bed medical-surgical unit within a community hospital setting. Typical responsibilities include managing general med-surg patients such as those with COPD, stroke, diabetes, and post-surgical recoveries. You will perform IV starts, drain and tube management, wound care, NGT placements, and central line procedures, with the added responsibility of managing non-titrating cardiac drips including Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Heparin infusions. The shift is a 12-hour night rotation, and you'll experience the unique rhythm of working alongside a dedicated team that supports patient-centered care in a collegial environment. The role includes floating to regional facilities within scope, enriching your experience across diverse hospital settings.
