Job Description:

Join an engaging 13-week travel assignment as a PCU RN on the 4th Floor East Wing of a Nebraska hospital. This role offers a mix of adult and pediatric patients, with a focus on conditions such as CVA, TIA, shortness of breath, COVID, and hematomas. You'll work 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM, providing critical care support in a supportive team environment. The unit maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, emphasizing hourly rounding and responsiveness. Staff support includes educators, care managers, social workers, dieticians, PT, and OT. Telemetry experience, Alaris IV pumps, and certifications like ACLS and BLS are required. This assignment offers a hands-on opportunity to manage complex cases, work with a tight-knit team, and stay sharp with skills checks during orientation.
