Job Description:

This BICU Registered Nurse position offers a rewarding opportunity to work in a bustling short-term acute care hospital within the Yale New Haven Health System. The role involves providing specialized care during 12-hour night shifts, scheduled 4 days a week, with every other weekend off. You’ll be working in a Level II Trauma Center with 426 licensed beds, charting primarily in EPIC, and floating as needed across patient populations. A minimum of two years' experience is required, and flexibility to handle a variety of patient acuity levels adds variety to your nights. The position promises a chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced hospital environment while enjoying the unique rhythm of night shift work.
