Job Description:

Join a specialized neuro-focused unit as a registered nurse, where you'll be working in a 28-bed Post-Cardiac Care Unit (PCU) with a mix of stroke, seizure, spinal injury, and neuro specialty patients. Your role involves managing complex cases such as thrombectomies, neuro drains, and ventilator-dependent patients, with an emphasis on drips like Heparin, Nitro, Diltiazem, and Insulin. The shift is 12-hour nights, offering a steady rhythm and a chance to develop a deep familiarity with neuro and trauma patients. You will collaborate with charge nurses and float across related units, gaining a broad experience base while providing vital support during the night hours. The assignment offers a unique opportunity to expand your skills in ventilator management and neuro telemetry in a reputable setting that embraces learning and growth.
